The NYCHEA Coucil

The NYCHEA Council meets several times throughout the year.  Council members serve a two-year term and make decisions about grants, welcome new members, organize meetings and conferences, create the newsletter and track finances. 

How can I participate?

Being on the council is a fun way to connect with other homeschoolers and to give back to the NYCHEA community. We encourage every parent to volunteer for NYCHEA events, and if interested, the Council elections happen every 2 years.
